For those participating in vocational training, employment programs, or local events, we provide transportation that supports both personal development and community engagement. Whether it's getting to work or attending a social function, our services are built to promote inclusion and opportunity. By prioritizing comfort, punctuality, and care, our transportation services help bridge the gap between home, health, and community life—empowering individuals to stay active and connected every day. ****Eligibility Requirements:**** To qualify for housing and day service support, individuals must meet the following criteria: Proof of need for transportation assistance Residence within a defined service area, typically a 25-mile radius from the facility Approval through a Medicaid Waiver program or availability of a private pay option Individuals must be 18 years of age or older Must be eligible for Medicaid Must be living in a home or apartment
